Leave an application in any convenient way for the shipment of your cargo from Russia to Georgia: on the website, by phone in the contact center or at the terminal of the transport company. Attach all the necessary documents for the cargo in Georgian; indicate if you need help with customs clearance of documents for the cargo in Georgian. 

Order a pick-up of your cargo from an address in any city of Russia or bring the cargo to the terminal yourself. After the cargo is sent on the way, you will receive a notification with the number of the Forwarding Receipt, by which you can track the cargo. Tracking is available at all stages of transportation.

 

If you do not have your own broker and you need our assistance with customs clearance of goods when crossing the border between Russia and Georgia, please let us know at the application stage. The following documents are required for shipment between Legal Entities: purchase and sale agreement,  invoice, packing list, CMR - consignment note.

You can pay for the order at all stages of transportation from the moment the goods are accepted at the terminal and the number of the Forwarding Receipt is received. Any participant in the transportation can pay for the services: the sender, the recipient or the customer.

After the cargo arrives in Georgia, it can be stored at the terminal free of charge for 3 days. If you need targeted delivery to the recipient, please contact our representative in Georgia. We draw your attention to the fact that the cargo is released to the recipient only after full payment for the services.
